Dr Kennedy’s focus is the group’s industrial training operations. He’s a fully credentialed trainer for the delivery of WJA courses with a wealth of experience in this field having grown up around the industry-his father being the current Director of the UK Water Jetting Association. In addition, he’s spent extensive time in academia both studying and teaching at graduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to his PhD in Management (with a focus on strategic elements to the Energy & Power Generation Sector), he holds both an MA and MBA.

Stewart has more than 30 years of experience within the industry and plays a vital role in the management and strategic planning of our organisation both in the United Kingdom, UAE and KSA. With the company since 2008 and served his apprenticeship between 1979 and 1983 he's is experienced in organising and running oil refinery and gas terminal shutdowns and holds a number of qualification including Welding and Fabrication to City and Guilds standard.

Majid has been supplying industrial services across the GCC and Saudi Arabia since starting his own water jetting company at the age of 27. Majid’s understanding of the market place and vision for the future is the driving force behind ASL group’s expansion in to the Middle East.

Richard has the industry in his blood with over 40 years of experience. The Walton Mole Company established 1958 and were responsible for creating the ‘mole’, a method of cleaning pipelines that revolutionised the business and remains a go-to method for clearing blocked pipework to this day. Richard brings that spirit of innovation to the group today; alway able to find a novel solution to difficult solution.

Over a 35 year career Peter has worked all over the world as part of and leading projects for some of the largest Gas & Petrochemical companies. Peter is an authority on air cooled heat exchangers and his expertise has earned him a prestigious position on the Technical Committee of the annual GCC Shutdowns, Turnarounds and Outages Technical Conference.

‘Ron’ has over 55 years of experience in the industry and is a founding member and current President of the UK Water Jetting Association and the only person to hold that title for two periods. Ron is key to the company’s achievement and on going attainment of the ISO quality standard ISO 9001 and his on going enthusiasm means he is still a vital part of the business long after some of his peers have retired.
